Hi, I’m Victoria! A certified IIN integrative nutrition health coach.

I grew up in Portland, Maine, in a home full of love and on a pretty typical American diet. It wasn't until college at Boston University that I realized food could dramatically affect how I felt. My days of running purely on sugar and caffeine before engineering exams left me exhausted, anxious, and constantly dealing with stomach issues.

After graduation, three experiences completely changed the direction of my life.

First, I discovered the power of understanding my menstrual cycle—not just my period, but how nutrition, movement, work, and rest could support my hormones. It sparked a passion for women's health that has only grown stronger.

At the same time, I began struggling with severe anxiety and panic attacks. Learning to ask for help and prioritize my mental health taught me that healing isn't just physical—it's deeply connected to how we care for our whole selves.

Finally, the digestive issues I'd dealt with since childhood became impossible to ignore. After years of bloating, constipation, and pain, I was diagnosed with IBS and later endometriosis following surgery to remove a large ovarian cyst. Rather than frightening me, that diagnosis brought validation. It confirmed that what I had been feeling was real and deepened my commitment to understanding the root causes of health, not just managing symptoms.

These experiences ultimately led me to pursue health coaching so I can help other women feel informed, empowered, and supported in their own health journeys.

I decided to take the leap and become a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition (IIN). Now, I strive to help women through every life stage to take control of their health by building realistic, sustainable health habits.
